Summer Family Camp- Volcanoes!

The kids made a volcano for Science Week! This is always a favorite activity. The kids also did other experiments during the week- salt and paint, making play dough, and making goop. It was a great first week of summer!

W is for Whale and Walruses

This week we are learning all about Whales and Walruses. Yesterday the kids made whale puppets and put on a whale puppet show.

 

Our Favorite books to read this week:

"T" is for Trees, Turtles, and Teddy Bears

This week we have been making turtles and Cherry Blossom Trees. We are sharing our Teddy Bears and will have a Teddy Bear Picnic Thursday and Friday!

S is for Spring

The kids have been very busy talking about spring this week! They made snails, snakes, sunflowers, and suns. The 2-3 year old class made some beautiful trees!

O is for Ocean! Look what we've made this week!

M is for "Mice on Ice"

Today we read the book "Mice on Ice" The kids created their own little scenes from the book and had fun counting out the fish and the mice.
