Delicious Snacks From JR Organics
Big Tree Little Preschool belongs to a CSA (Community Supported
Agriculture.) We pick up a box of fresh-picked fruit and vegetables
twice a month from JR Organics Farm. The kids get introduced to new
vegetables and fruits. They are always excited to try something new! We
had fresh melon and green beans from the farm this week and the kids
gobbled it all up!

Aunt Li-Anne Tells Us Stories
Aunt Li-Anne captured our attention with some fantastic stories about apples. She also taught us new songs, chants, finger-plays, and showed us the star inside of an apple! Aunt Li-Anne will be with us every other Wednesday from 9:30-10am. We are so lucky!!!

Watch out, it's gonna blow!!!
One of our incredible BTLP families made and shared a volcano with the 4-5 yr. classroom. It was a major hit with everyone, kids and staff! A mixture of baking soda and vinegar made this volcano erupt! Class vote was : ACTIVE volcanoes are way more fun than dormant ones!
